Excellent beach location, safe for kids, fine sand. Knowledgeable Chef and friendly staff. Clean facilities and friendly cleaning staff. Varied food selection, fresh and delicious. Amazing service from all staff, always going the extra mile.

Bed is comfortable . Dining room is too small. Football pitch for kids was missing.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was really wonderful.

The indoor swimming pool was more of a paddling pool.

The room was quiet and bright and with a decent view of the sea.

The breakfast was amazing with plenty of GORGEOUS food. Its location was marvellous, in the Alcudia & Playa De Muro area.

The views were pretty bad.

We had a Christmas vacation at this hotel and there were a couple of aspects that we really enjoyed. the food options were great. There was a wide variety of dishes available and we were impressed with the quality and taste. the location was fantastic. The hotel was situated near the beach which offered beautiful views and easy access to the water. It was the perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying the sun. we loved the evening entertainment provided by the hotel. It was a fun way to end the day and the performers put on a great show.

Despite the positive aspects, there were a few things that we didn't like about our stay. the rooms were quite small and lacked storage space.

Beautiful pool but ice-cold water! Nobody swam in it. The seawater had a better temperature than the water of the swimming pool (September 2016).

The hotel's position was nice, close enough to the most beautiful beaches of Mallorca, and Alcúdia. Varied and large breakfasts with beans and tomatoes, as for instance, everyone could try something new.

The journey from stove to table was an absolute showstopper. We watched top chefs whip up mouth-watering dishes right in front of our eyes. It was like being on a cooking show, but even better because we got to eat all the deliciousness! And speaking of eating, the variety of kids' leisure activities was off the charts. We had so much fun playing games, doing arts and crafts, and even going on treasure hunts. Our only concern was having too much fun on this epic family vacation!

Honestly, the only thing we wished for was more nightlife options for us young party animals. The hotel had everything for families, but we wanted to dance the night away and meet other cool teenagers.

Good and fresh fruits

The hotel originally is 3 star hotel. Rooms interior is cheap. By some reason management put 4 stars but it is not. Rooms are old, airconditioning could be better. Food is like in fast food and is spicy. No fresh jouces (in summer!). Overal is not bad, but does not cost that money.

Location near the beach, breakfast was fine and the staff very friendly. Not far from Alcudia, everywhere good quality bicycles for rent.

Apartment is more like a room, hardly any stuff to cook. Room at front is terrible because along busy road (standard apartment), this could be more clearly indicated. Have paid 200 euros extra to get a quiet room. Environment is not very beautiful (except beach which is fantastic), a bit of a bazaar kind of shops, little authentic. Alcudia is not far away and it is very nice.

I always stay at a great hotel in Mallorca. The staff helped me with transport and they have everything I need: Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24hr reception, poolside snack bar, fitness studio. I can't wait to go back for my holiday!

Separate area reserved for adults only with a very nice roof terrace with a bar, three jacuzzis and very good sunbeds.

no possibility to dine a la carte, only in bufet form
